At Mbimu’s kloset we care about your happiness with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 72 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Sale, intimate, and custom-made pieces are final sale.
- Refunds are processed back to your payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Exchanges are welcome if the item is in stock
- Privacy policy – Your details are safe with us – used only for processing your orders.
- Payment policy -Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

- Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect or fraudulent orders.
- Delivery timelines depend on location and courier service. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
- Returns and refunds must follow our Refund & Return Policy.
- All logos, designs, and content belong to Mbimu’s kloset and may not be copied without permission.
